By publishing content on CinemaOfficial, you grant the platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to display, reproduce, and promote your content strictly within the context of operating and promoting the platform.

The following content is strictly prohibited on CinemaOfficial:

• Copyrighted material published without authorization
• False, misleading, or defamatory information
• Content that is illegal under applicable law
• Spam or abusive promotional content
• Content that infringes on the privacy or rights of third parties
• Hate speech, harassment, or discriminatory content

Non-compliant content may be removed without prior notice. Repeat violations may result in permanent account termination.

Certification is a paid feature that unlocks premium functionalities, including a verified badge, trailer display, increased visibility, and eligibility for the Cinema Official Awards.

CinemaOfficial expressly does not guarantee any employment opportunity, revenue, or professional outcome as a result of certification.

All payments made on the platform are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Payments grant access to the specified services for the indicated duration.

All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. CinemaOfficial does not store payment card details.

CinemaOfficial offers a scoring, rating, and ranking system for profiles and works. These elements are provided for informational and community purposes only.

CinemaOfficial does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of scores, nor their impact on professional careers or industry reputation.

Participation in the Cinema Official Awards is subject to the following conditions:

• The profile or work must be certified at the time of submission
• The nomination must comply with current Awards guidelines
• All information provided must be accurate and verifiable

CinemaOfficial reserves the right to reject any application or remove any participation that does not meet the required standards, without obligation to provide justification.

All elements of the CinemaOfficial platform — including its design, logo, structure, software, and systems — are protected by applicable copyright law. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without written authorization.

Users retain full ownership of their submitted content. CinemaOfficial’s rights are limited to displaying and promoting that content within the platform’s scope, as described in Section 4.3.

CinemaOfficial operates as a hosting and indexing platform for user-generated content. We do not systematically review content prior to publication.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of user-submitted content, profiles, or any professional claims made therein.

CinemaOfficial reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently delete any account or content that violates these Terms of Service, applicable law, or the rights of third parties — without prior notice or compensation.
